Refund and Returns Policy
Please consider the points mentioned below, before requesting a refund on any product.
1. In order to request a refund, make sure the product is returned unharmed, unopened, and unused with the original shipping box and packing material.
2. You can only request a return within 15 days of delivery.
3. If you have received a free gift with the purchase, then you will have to return the gift too in a proper condition to get a full refund.
4. Make sure to include the full address ( street, locality, city, state, zip, country), original order invoice, and reason for return while requesting a refund or return.
5. Only the products that are purchased through the official website are eligible for return. We do not provide refunds for the products brought from any other outlet.
6. Refunds if approved, will be provided in the same form as payment. For example, if a returned product was purchased through a voucher then the company will provide another voucher of the same value as a refund.
7. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. The company can not be held responsible if the returned packages are lost, or mishandled before reaching their destination.
9. The company holds the right to refuse the refund if any of the above-mentioned rules are not fulfilled.
